Dianah is a registered Business Psychologist and People & Culture specialist with over 15 years experience.

Dianah specialises in scalable people and leadership solutions for startups and scale-ups looking to differentiate. Her background as a psychologist gives her a unique perspective into building culture and creating lasting behaviour change.

She’s had the opportunity to lead some of the most exciting People & Culture teams at Canva, Eucalyptus and EY.

Over her career she has:

  • Built learning and people functions from scratch that have gone on to scale to hundreds and thousands

  • Navigated startups and scale-ups through hyper growth, as well as downsizing

  • Scaled leadership development from 300 to 3000 people globally

  • Transitioned organisations to cross functional squads and ways of working

  • Lead the digital transformation of learning, establishing onboarding, technical universities and cross functional learning at scale

  • Partnered with and coached founders and exec teams

  • Built and lead internal people teams of up to 25 people

Dianah is passionate about helping purpose-led companies get needed products and services to customers, and working with ambiguous problem spaces to bring them to clarity and execution through people.
